On our way home after picking up my mom from the airport today, we stopped at IHOP for brunch. Maddy was upset with us for ordering her a funny face pancake instead of the chicken fingers she wanted. She tried so hard to stay mad... but couldn't quite maintain an angry expression. I'm not really sure what kid wouldn't want a funny face pancake!

I love this. My cousins used to do this with me.
Just like I always say: it's impossible to stay mad while sitting in an IHOP surrounded by a loving family.
