New Camera!

Leaving tomorrow for vacation, but wanted to share with you what my wonderful husband bought me for our 8th anniversary (which was yesterday). Sorry.. no video post today, but there will be soon, with some good quality video from my new Panasonic PVGS300! This is the camera I've been wanting for awhile and it was a total surprise. Not sure I will be able to post this week, but I'm definately bringing my camera and will be working on editing some movies. Happy New Year to all!!

As mentioned before, I didn't get a whole lot of footage from the weekend. I decided after awhile to put the camera way and just enjoy hanging out with everyone. I put together a mishmash of clips of what I did get however, and this is what I came up with. Featuring lots of vloggers :)

Vloggercon: Karaoke

Here's a clip from the last event at Vloggercon. Charlie and I had to leave before the party really got started, but here's some exclusive footage from the beginning of the night with Susan from kitykity's vlog. It was awesome meeting her.. another fellow vlogging mom. Enjoy :)

And to answer the question of whether I had a good time.. I had an awesome time! It's hard to even describe. I didn't take as much video as I'd hoped, but after awhile of trying to meet everyone while taking bad video (because I couldn't concentrate on doing both well), I decided that I would rather enjoy the whole experience without looking through the lense all the time. Besides, there are tons of photos and videos from everyone to help me remember the event.

Covering Vloggercon

CNET news.com talked to some of us about Vloggercon and about videoblogging. I do have some of my own video to post on Vloggercon, but I'm still recovering from my trip and have been too tired to work on anything yet! Stay tuned though. It was a great trip and I enjoyed meeting everyone so much. Thanks CNET for including us.
